An Enugu High Court this morning gave an order of MANDAMUS compelling INEC to abide by the decision of APGA in recognizing Martin Agbaso as the National Chairman of All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA.
Delivering ruling, Justice Ozoemena of Enugu high court 3, also gave a restraining order to INEC from recognizing any other person as National Chairman of APGA except Chief Martin Agbaso.
The court went further to compel the Nigerian Police Force to comply with the decision of the court immediately.
