Before the advent of 1 Family, 1 Footballer Project, there were no proper Specialized Football Project in Anambra to harness the potential of young talents, the society then were failing the young talents by allowing the less qualified to harness, develop and educate them.

A proper research has shown that between the ages 6-20 a child's neuromuscular development is properly grown, this implies that whatever is learnt between these years becomes fundamental to whatever they become in future as an adult.
