Nnamdi Kanu: Their Criminal, An Igbo Idol — Anayo Nwosu

One Jewish Rabbi once told a Nigerian pilgrim "look here, you are worshipping my brother, a criminal crucified many years ago. Could that be why you have many criminals in your country?"

Unlike many Igbo wise men, Fayose, Fani-Kayode and Kwankwanso have paid him homage while the local Harolds in Igbo states are plotting how to eliminate he who may topple them.

All that Nnamdi Kanu needs to say to remove a governor of an Igbo state is "remove him" or "don't vote for him" and it shall be done.

To gag him is more important to all Igbo politicians than his other bail conditions. They shall now struggle among themselves to be said to be the ones that bailed him.

Anyone who successfully bails Nnamdi Kanu would become an instant Igbo hero and would share legend with the bailee.

I nearly would have been stoned to death last December when I condemned his approach to Biafra struggles.

I was lucky I made the careless mistake at Nkwo Nnewi not Otu Onitsha or Ariaria Aba.

That's how powerful Nnamdi Kanu has become.
