Pogba celebrates Dad's birthday in the hospital

Paul Pogba had a beaming smile on his face as he posed for a photo with his father who is laying on a hospital bed on his 79th birthday.

Manchester United’s talisman wore a snap back with a ‘P’ on and a basketball jersey while holding his hands up to celebrate dad Fassou Antoine’s milestone.

Pogba captioned the image on Instagram: “Happy birthday dear Dad, I feel blessed to be your son #pogdaddy #fighter #pogbance.”

The 24-year-old has been nursing an injury ever since he limped off the field as Jose Mourinho’s side went through to the next round of the Europa League against Rostov.

The knock has meant he has not been able to join up with France on international duty.

It’s believed his rehab has gone well and is set be in contention for United’s game against Everton on April 4th.
