Obiano approves second phase of N20M Community 'choose-your-project' initiative.

Anambra State governor, Chief Willie Obiano has approved the commencement of Phase Two of the N20M Community choose-your-project initiative, but only Communities who have completed their chosen projects in the first phase of the scheme are eligible to submit applications in the second phase.

This is to inform Ndi Anambra, Ndi Igwe, Presidents General of Town Unions and other Community stakeholders that His Excellency, Chief Willie Obiano,Governor of Anambra State has approved the commencement of Phase Two of the N20M Community choose-your-project initiative.

This is part of the Economic Stimulus Package unveiled in 2016 and now reinforced in the 2017 Budget by His Excellency to cushion the effects of recession and improve the livelihood of Ndi Anambra.‎

Only Communities who have completed their chosen projects in the first phase of the scheme are eligible to submit applications in the second phase.

Communities who are yet to complete their projects from the first phase are by this announcement advised to do so quickly in order to join the Phase Two scheme.

The funds will be accessed through the same strict and transparent tender process followed in Phase One.
