Court Upholds Sheriff’s Removal As PDP National Chairman

Senator Ali-Modu Sheriff’s removal as the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party has been upheld.

A Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt passed the judgment on Monday.

Passing his judgement in a suit brought before the court by the PDP, Justice‎ Mohammed Liman, declared that the National Convention that removed Sheriff was legal.
