TRAGEDY AVERTED AS TRUCK LOADED WITH TILES CRASHES INTO A BUILDING IN UKPOR.......................

Tragedy was averted this evening June 12th when a truck belonging to Indomie noodles, loaded with tiles and other building materials, crashed into a building at Agbuana, Ukpor, Nnewi South L. G. A Anambra State.


The incident occurred around 5pm behind Our Lord's Hospital, and thankfully, no life was lost.

The incident sent shivers into the spine of commuters and other road users who had already started scampering for safety. 

When interviewed by The Magazine, here is what the driver of the truck said, 

“this is my first time of coming to this town. I didn't know the hill was so high because I was using a low gear, before I realized what was happening, I lost control of the vehicle. Everything was so quick to me” he added.

As at 7pm this evening, the vehicle was still there.
