Photos: Enugu State Governor Meets Fulani Herdsmen in Enugu Today, 16th May

Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State met with Fulani and Shuwa' Arab communities and Leaders of Akpakwume//Nze community in Udi Local Gov. Area at Government House, Enugu, and unanimously resolved as follows:

That there will be NO NIGHT GRAZING/REARING OF CATTLE in Enugu State, NO carrying of Arms by the cattle rearers, NO Night Movement of Cattle from one location to another in the State.

Constituted a joint peace Committee that will be meeting every month to promote peace and address any issue that might arise between the herdsmen and their host communities. Enugu State is in the hands of God...
