The spokesperson of the former minister of aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has alleged that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is still holding on to the Fani-Kayode despite meeting his bail conditions.
According to the statement sent to LEADERSHIP yesterday night, Ndukwe alleged that the former spokesperson of the former president Goodluck Jonathan presidential had met all bail conditions given to him but the EFCC is still keeping him for over six days now.
Part of the speech read that ”the dictatorial, vengeful, vindictive and scurrilous use of by the APC-led federal government to achieve sinister purposes against vocal individuals and members of the opposition has once again played itself out in the macabre continued detention of Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, 5 days after fulfilling all his bail conditions.
We are appalled by this risible development but not surprised at all by it because that has been the hallmark of this current administration.
