Two accused persons(defendants) Lukman Afolabi and Wasiu Molah charged
to court for assault on a patrol team of FRSC arresting marshals on
duty on the 29th of January have been found guilty of the charges by His
lordship of the Magistrate Court in Ila-Orangun, district in Osun
State.
The accused were sentenced to three months imprisonment or an
option of = N=5,000 fine in respective of the charges against them.
