FC Ifeanyi Ubah React To Road Crash Involving Players Of The Club

The management of FC Ifeanyi Ubah has released an official press statement as regards the earlier reports of a road crash involving players of the club.

The players were heading to Ijebu Ode for Sunday's match with Sunshine stars. No deaths were recorded but four people were reportedly injured.

Below is the club's press release:

In the event of the sad experience occasioned by the road crash suffered by our playing personnel and club officials earlier today, We can confirm that our hospitalized players have been discharged from the medical facility where they were treated and as expected will receive proper medical attention back home while being monitored.

We pray that such terrible incident and experience will not befall us again or any other football club in Jesus Name.
