The doctor says that the name of her Patient is Sherlin, Preeta gets anxious and says that the person they are trying to find is also Sherlin, she asks the doctor for every detail, the doctor says that she will show her the files later but now she must show her something and they both starts walking towards the stretcher when Preeta hears Karan and Prithvi are fighting and runs out asking the doctor to give her some time. Outside, the doctor's office, Karan is seen pulling Prithvi with him towards Preeta but Prithvi removes his hand and tells Karan that he should stop this nonsense and Karan replies Prithvi "I must end this now and everyone will know the true identity of Prithvi because Prithvi is not a good person" Prithvi disagrees with Karan and they both start fighting, Preeta comes and tries to calm them both, they do not listen and still continue to fight.

Karan asks him as to why he was here and what was the reason when he was not ill, Prithvi also yells and Preeta asks them to be quiet as they are in a hospital and there are certain rules. They both get quiet after a lot of struggle, Preeta asks Karan as to what is happening and he says that Prithvi is here with Sherlin and when he found him Prithvi was hiding. The doctor is standing by her table and when she walks outside, Sherlin pulls her from behind and starts to misbehave with her saying that she must not tell all of her private information to anyone as she is bound by Doctor patient confidentially and she must not say anything, the doctor gets angry and says that she knew what she was doing as Sherlin is a bad person ad she knows that the baby belongs to the sick person who came with her and now she will tell the truth to Preeta, she will be able to save the life of an innocent person. Sherlin pulls her from behind and after a struggle hits her with an instrument and thereby knocking the doctor out, she gets worried and looks for a nerve, she is relieved knowing that the doctor is alive, Sherlin then puts everything in order.

Prithvi says that Karan is not in his senses and how did he think that Prithvi was here with Sherlin, he gets angry and says that Karan needs some medical attention and he is only fighting with him because he cannot let him say anything against him in front of his future wife and will protect his honor, he says that eh only came here as he saw her entering the hospital and was worried, Karan say that this a lie, Prithvi gets angry and says that all of this is pointless as the doctor said this herself when they came to the hospital the last time and the doctor said that it was just a case of Acidity, Preeta gets angry and says that she is fed up and will solve the matter her way and they both can continue to fight.

Prithvi stops Preeta, he says that she really matters to him and he only came to the hospital for her and Karan was just talking rubbish, he says that she must listen to him, Karan says that he is just wasting time, Prithvi says that when he came here he called his mother saying that he saw Preeta with Karan and came to talk about his health, when he is about to call her, Karan stops him and says that why not they all go inside, Preeta agrees, Prithvi fears that his truth will come because the doctor hates him, he tries to stop her but she says that they will go inside, then they both will not be able to fight in the hallway, he thinks that if he goes inside ten the doctor will recognize him and he leaves then iot will be proven that he is with Sherlin.

They go inside and Preeta calls the doctor, Karan also thanks her for siding with them, he says that now she can tell them that Prithvi is the father of Sherlin’s child, Preeta also says that the doctor agreed to help them and now she must , the doctor does not say anything and getting curious they turn her chair, the doctor is unconscious, they all gets amazed and think who can do such thing, Preeta says that this was all planned because the doctor was about to show her the face of her patient, she said that sometimes the patients change their names, She says that she would have if she did not hear them fight, she is about to fight when Karan stops her and says that they must search the cabin, they look everywhere but are unable to find her, when they both stop Karan says that did she look in the cupboard and when they are about to open the door, Bhavna comes and starts yelling, they both try to calm her but she doesn’t listen and runs to call the doctor, they follow her and she calls the doctor, he also recognizes Preeta and comes with them.

Prithvi takes Sherlin out and asks as to why did she do this kind of a thing, they are in the hospital and not in their houses, she says that the doctor was going to tell everything to Preeta, she has to do something and so she stopped her, Prithvi seeing her cry calms her down, he says that she did a wonder full job, this kind of a Doctor deserves such treatment, he hugs her, she says that this was the first time that he appreciated her, they both hug when he sees them coming and pushes her back in the cupboard.
The doctor enters and after checking says that it is weird as she is not responding to their Preliminary treatment, Preeta says that they must take her to the ward and they move her. Sherlin thinks if they check the cupboard again then they will not be able to deny anything, Prithvi and everybody else leave the room with the doctor.

Rakhi calls Karan for lunch and goes to check on him, she sees Sherlin’s photo and picks it up, Sameer sees her and thinks that it must have fallen down when he was coming from the bathroom, he see that it is his fault and he will be the one to correct it, Sameer asks about the problem, Rakhi hands him a photo of Sherlin, he smiles at which she gets confused and asks him as to what the matter is. She says that she is afraid about the relationship between Karan and Sherlin, that what will happen after the marriage, Sameer says that there will be no marriage, she gets angry and says that Rishab was very happy on their engagement, he thinks that he was only happy that day and not afterwards, she asks him about the matter he says that he feels that Karan does not like her dressing sense, she says that Sherlin is a very modern girl, she says that Karan is a true Indian by heart , Rakhi also smiles and says that she knows it and also knows that he loves Karan.

Rakhi gets angry saying that he doesn’t care that she is worried and is talking nonsense, he says that Karan loves her brother’s wife, she asks him as to why did he tear the photo, Sameer says that he does not like Sherlin’s dressing style to which she says that she is really relieved that it is not hatred, as it is depicted by a tiered photo, she leaves and Sameer thinks as to what di he do, now Rakhi will go and call Karan and he will come and start hitting him.
Karan comes back and starts looking everywhere for Sherlin but is not able to find her, she changes her hiding location, this gets him really frustrated.

Preeta and Karan are anxiously waiting for the Doctor to give the verdict about Doctor Semma’s health, Prithvi is standing in the corner he sees Sherlin coming and thinks that if Karan and Preeta see her then their plan will fail, he signals her to go back and she leaves, Karan goes to pick him up and asks as to what the matter is, Prithvi gets angry ad says that he must not interfere in his matters, Prithvi says that he believes that Karan always feels that he did something wrong and now will say that he was the one who orchestrated the plan on the doctor, Karan also fights with him. He says that he has some important work to do in his office and he must go, he asks Permission from Preeta and she agrees, Karan says that she also thinks like him, she says that she only wants to focus on the condition of the doctor and must not care for anything else.

She says that doctor Semma was going to show her the face of her patient and she told her that the name of her Patient was also Sherlin, Karan says that he checked the room ad found nothing, he says that they will find the clue against Sherlin and Prithvi.
Prithvi is walking beside his car when he hits a Scoter, he gets angry and after getting inside the car he calls Sherlin and asks her if her mother is at home, She says that she is not and he says that they will both meet at her house, Prithvi also gets angry at her for not picking his phone at which she says that she could not because there was a traffic police personal and she did not want to go to the police station again.
Karan and Preeta are standing outside the room where Doctor Semma is being treated, Preeta is very worried and says that if something happens to her then they will be responsible for her condition.

Karan says that how can she be so worried and takes her to the door, they look inside and he asks her as to what is happening, she says that she cannot as she is a physiotherapist and can only treat bones, she cannot say anything, she asks Karan if he did not know this to which he says that he did and he was only trying to make her happy, he feels that he should not have to bowl and only bat, Preeta says that she is very tensed at which Karan walks into the room where the doctor gets angry and says that does he have no manners and he must not have interfered with their procedure, Preeta asks for their forgiveness and asks about the condition of the doctor, he says that they cannot say anything until the test result comes back, he further says that there is a severe injury in her head and they do not know the extend off it, so now they must pray, Karan gets curious.

Prithvi and Sherlin are standing in her room and trying to make a plan for their escape from the current situation, Sherlin says that she doesn’t know what to do because if the doctor wakes up, she will tell everything and their plan will fail, Prithvi says that he will think of something as he always has, he calls the hospital saying that he wants to inquire about the health of Doctor Semma as she is his wife, the nurse says that he must not call again as the doctor is not married and cancels the phone, Prithvi get angry saying that he thought that the doctor would be married but she was not, Sherlin also yells at him saying that why did he do this stupidity and he must make a plan first.
