SATURDAY MARCH 2ND 2019 UPDATE ON GANGAA

The episode begins when Palash and Ganga went to the police station. The Inspector informs them that he has registered a FIR against the company but suggests him not to mess with big people. Ganga asks him what he means because a man shot him outside the court during day time and I saw them you can also ask people too. Inspector replies Ganga's not to teach them her their job and ask Palash sign the FIR and the nspector repeats his suggestion again. Palash appreciates him and leaves. At the Chautevedi's house Sagar is seen discussing with Janvi’s father about a pharmaceutical company. Sagar tells Janvi's father on the phone that the Malhotra's company is efficient,  later Sagar thanks Janvi's father him and ends the call also informs Raghav ji about the pharmaceutical company and promise  to do a background check on the company because I have to find out if this company is real or genuine. Can you find some info about them? Raghav ji gets to work. At the police station, Ganga is angry at the policemen and says how can the world be a better place if the police suggest us to fear people? Palash tells her to relax that the inspector was only following someone’s orders. Ganga asks whose orders. Janvi’s father talks to Janvi. You asked for help for Sagar’s career so I recommended Sagar’s name. Janvi thanks him and thinks to herself that Sagar will have to bend down before me when he can get such a big opportunity because of me.

What can Ganga give him? He will soon realise how lucky he was to marry me. Madhvi reprimands Janvi for not taking care of Sagar. You keep sleeping all day. Show some interest in the household work. She is about to go when she notices the pills on the table. She asks Janvi about it. Janvi says they are sleeping pills. Madhvi is shocked. Why do you need them? This is why you sleep till late and don’t come out. She makes Janvi sit. I understand your worry but I am with you. You have to try from your end to win Sagar’s heart. How will things work out this way? Janvi calls her a typical MIL. You blamed me for everything. Did you ask your son how much he has tried to save his marital life? Madhvi says you also know how much I have tried to talk to my son. If you blame me then it will be good for me to be quiet in this matter. She leaves. Janvi realises her mistake. Sagar does not talk right with me and now MIL is also upset with me. I cannot even control my anger. I need to calm down or I will lose everything. What should I do? She looks at the pills. She takes one. Her hands shake badly as she pours water for herself.

Sagar talks to Raghav ji about the case. There have been a few such cases previously too but they came out clear. The allegations can be wrong this time too. Raghav ji says it might be so. I spoke to the employees who spoke well about the owner. I don’t understand why you are doing so much investigation when Janvi’s father spoke in this company’s favour. Sagar says I want to fight for justice. Money, fame is important but not more than justice. Raghav ji says I see Niru’s reflection in you when you say such things. Sagar hopes to become like his father one day. They end the call. Sagar notices Ganga coming home just then and goes to talk to her excitedly. He realises the truth. I forgot for once what all has happened between us. I came here in excitement to share everything with you. Sorry. She says he can still share. We are still friends. He smiles happily. you are right. No one can break our friendship.

You told me to control myself and fight back. I am doing that only. I will win the case. Papa will be proud of me and you will be jealous (as an afterthought). She shares that she joined internship. He asks her why she came alone at this hour. you could have called Bhaiya atleast. She tries to make him understand but he tells her not to come alone at this hour if she gets late again. Call me if Bhaiya is free. I am telling you as a friend. You will either ask someone from office to accompany you or I will bring you. He does not let her talk and heads inside. She is tensed. He dint listen to me. I am doing internship with no one else but Palash. Supriya tells Ganga how Pulkit gets worried on every little thing. pulkit is concerned as her feet is swollen. Supriya says you took me to doc who said everything is normal. He is relieved to know it. I was worried what if there are some complications. He goes to keep the tub back. Supriya tells Ganga how Pulkit panics because over every small thing. Ganga knows how much he loves her so he gets worried. Supriya nods. This is why I miss elders of the house. They look after you in this condition and guide you but the house got divided. I wish Ma was here. I cannot expect anything from my step mother. Ganga tells her not to think of all that. Take rest now.

Prabha and Yash happily talk about what happened at Chaturvedi House. He says your mind is sharp and I have taken after you. She tells him to be careful. Your father should not know of all this. He is upset with Didi right now but he can have a change of heart anytime. Ratan comes just then. He says Pulkit wants to mortgage his house. I feel guilty. He trusts me so much. She plays the emotional card. Does Yash mean nothing to you? Madhvi and Niru dint feel any pity on us. Sagar and PUlkit too dint spare Yash. Strangers are strangers after all. Yash would have been still in jail if he had not run away. he is hiding from everyone. Ratan falls for her words. The biggest motto of my life is to destroy Chaturvedi family. Next morning, Niru is coming back home after walk. He stops to buy fruits. Ganga and Supriya see him. Ganga tells Supriya this is the right time. Supriya is hesitant but Ganga says this will be perfect to fill the gaps in relations. They walk past Niru discussing child names. Niru stops to hear their convo. They ask the fruit seller which name he likes. Supriya asks for papaya. Ganga stops her. Doc has told you not to eat it. Niru is confused. Ganga asks Supriya about the name if it is a girl. Supriya suggests names. Ganga dismisses them. they should have some weight as she will be Judge Niranjan Chaturvedi’s granddaughter. Niru hears them and get ecstatic. I am going to become a grandfather?

Ganga and Supriya are surprised not to see Niru there. They think he dint hear anything or he would have run up to them. She leaves for court. Niru brings Jalebis. Madhvi reminds him that he just recovered. You cannot eat sweets. He notices Pulkit and Supriya. He begins to talk loudly. You cannot stop me today as it is about my son’s success. Sagar smiles. I dint win the case. He touches Niru’s feet. Niru blesses him. You cannot understand a father’s heart. There can be many differences but the happiness that you gave me today! Sagar notices him looking at Pulkit and Supriya and is confused. are you coming to court today to see my case? Madhvi denies. he has to go for check up today. Niru adds that he might not be there before his eyes but his blessings are always with him. you will find me near you in every occasion. You might not include me in any of your happiness but your father’s shadow will always be behind you. sagar is confused hearing his words. Supriya looks Pulkit who excuses himself. Sagar tells Niru he is feeling nervous today. Niru feeds him jalebis. It is a very good day today and I am super happy. Everything will be fine. Sagar leaves.

Ganga and Palash ready their file. Ganga asks about the opponent lawyer but he has no clue. He asks her to ready the file and heads inside to do some work. Sagar, Raghav ji and Malhotra are all set for their case. Sagar sends them inside to check the files. He notices Ganga there and smiles. Sagar and Ganga talk about the case. He asks her to wish him. She asks about the case he is fighting but he does not share. She says I too will attend the first hearing of my first case. Someone collides with Sagar. The files fall down. Ganga and Sagar bend down to pick up the papers. Either of them misses some papers. Ganga wishes him luck as he heads inside with Raghav ji. He gestures it back at her as well. Palash comes just then. Are you ready with the documents? She tells him to go inside. I will just come. He tells her to be quick. The hearing starts. Palash is surprised to see Sagar as the defence lawyer. Palash shares his point of view on the case (about drugs killing innocent people especially youngsters). Ganga also enters. She notices Sagar and nods at him who nods back slightly. She sits down tensed. Sagar thinks he knows she has come here to see him win. I will surely fulfil your wish. You will see me win today.

Ganga is shocked to realise that Sagar is the defence lawyer. Sagar begins to give counter arguments. Sagar relates the old cases in court. The decision was given in my client’s favour back then as well. Palash speaks of a document which is a very big proof to prove his argument. My assistant has collected some documents which I would like to present to you. Sagar is shocked to realise that Ganga is Palash’s assistant. She hands a file to Palash who submits it before the judge. Sagar is clearly upset with Ganga and keeps looking at her. Palash notices Sagar staring at Ganga. He looks at both of them and gets thinking. Judge gives another date for the next hearing. Malhotra does not look happy with Sagar. Palash asks Sagar why he dint argue in the court well today and asked for another date. Maybe you were not prepared? Sagar looks at Ganga (observed by Palash). You were fully prepared though. He leaves. Palash asks Ganga to come.

Outside, Ganga looks at Sagar who is busy talking to Malhotra. Palash applauds Ganga and thanks her as well. You proved it that I can trust you. you don’t know how much this case matters to me. Let’s celebrate it with lunch. He gets a call just then. Sagar tries to make Malhotra understand that the case is still in their favour. Malhotra is unhappy with his silence in the court. Sagar says I asked for time and I got it. The case will be in our favour in the next hearing. Trust me. Malhotra says we will see. He goes. Ganga hears them. Palash stops Ganga when she tries to go to talk to Sagar. He asks her where they can go for lunch. I am new to this place so I have no idea. She lies that she has a headache. I have to go home. he says the day just started. I thought to discuss the case after lunch. She says I couldn’t sleep well because I was busy making preps for the case. He allows her to go home for the day. She thanks him and leaves.

Ganga calls out for Sagar. Listen to me. he sits in his car angrily. She keeps knocking at the door trying to make him hear her but in vain. He drives away. Ganga picks up her bicycle and heads home. Ganga falls down when she reaches home. Sagar rushes to her. Why were you riding so fast? She replies that she drove fast because of him, he says you cheated me in court today and it all happened because of you, You supported that man instead of me! she reasons that she didn't know he is the defence lawyer. He asks her why she dint tell him anything then. She replies that she tried to explain but he dint hear her. Why do you blame me for your defeat? He says I do blame you. You are my weakness! If you respect our friendship a little then leave this internship. She says how I can do so. I just joined Palash sir. He questions her if Palash means a lot. It is the rule of friendship – you don’t join hands with a friend’s enemy. She calls Palash. I want to meet you to talk about something urgent. He asks her to come somewhere. Sagar heads inside. Maharaj is cleaning. Niru has made him do it. he finds an album there. Pulkit tells Supriya to take tablets. She agrees. Can you not go a little late? I feel like eating unripe mangoes. Can you get them? Pulkit has a meeting. Plus it will affect your throat. He agrees to bring it on his way back. Supriya notices Niru hearing them. she intentionally talks to Maharaj ji. I cannot request anyone anything in the house. What can I do except waiting if husband is busy? Maharaj ji asks her if she needs something. She says no.

Niru then asks Madhvi if she is hungry to eat sour stuff when Sagar was about to be born. She smiles. When I asked you to bring it then you used to say you will bring it in evening. He thinks his kids are dumb like him. They sit down to talk about the old times. Supriya sees them and smiles. Niru goes out and buys unripe mangoes from market and enters the home carefully and reaches the other side of the house then he put the bag of mangoes on the table. supriya peeks at him from upstairs. She hides when he looks up. He goes back to the other side just in time before Maharaj ji can see anything. Supriya smiles seeing the packet. She asks Maharaj ji about it. Did you bring it? Maharaj ji says no. She says maybe Pulkit brought them because I wasn't happy with him in the morning. Niru is not happy Supriya didn't notice he bought the mangoes, and thinks to himself that I did everything and he is getting praises. No one cares about the Father In Law of the house, I will not do anything for anyone again. Supriya is happy and plans to cut the rope  and bring unity back to the household.
