The episode begins at the car park as Prithvi tells Preeta that Karan and Rishab disgraced him today at the shopping mall and he is so annoyed. Preeta was tensed and thinks Prithvi might want to retaliate and cause another scene so she apologized to Prithvi, Prithvi smiles and thinks to himself that Preeta is not suspecting him. Preeta then thinks that thank Goodness Prithvi did not break their engagement again how would Sarla feel this time. Prithvi wipes Preeta’s tears and asks her to smile and he asked Preeta to end her friendship with Karan and Rishab that they don't like their relationship. Before she could get into the car he demands her for a smile again. She forces one. Meanwhile, at the Luthra's mansion, Karan was hitting the boxing bag vigorously while thinking about the events of the day. Rishab comes to speak to him, he warns about breaking the door now. Karan opens the door for him. Karan was furious and asks Rishab if he will always insult him being an elder, he slapped him in front of everyone in the mall. Why should he listen to him at all? Rishab stood helpless and tries to explain why he slapped him. Karan says he slapped him on the face, but he was hurt at heart. Rishab allows Karan to slap him in return.

Karan tells him to leave, he doesn’t want to speak to him. Rishab says he is apologizing. Karan tells him to leave. Rishab holds his face and requests him to look at him, then hugs Karan saying he loves him dearly. Karan disliked it but it was necessary at that time, for Preeta’s safety. Prithvi must have poured his anger over Preeta and deterred to break the proposal. Sarla’s family must have been hurt this time, and he didn’t want Karan to go and apologize Prithvi again. He kiss Karan and hugs him again. Karan wonders where Sherlin went from the changing room. Rishab confirms if she was really there? Rishab says he agrees Prithvi isn’t the right guy and having an affair, but he has no proof. He promises to unveil Prithvi this time. Karan fears Prithvi is playing a game to harm all of them not Preeta only, he decides to stay much alert now.

Prithvi drove the car silently. Preeta wish Prithvi doesn’t demand an apology from Karan as he is furious this time. She decides she won’t let Karan stake his self-respect again. As the car stops by her house Prithvi comes out of the car and turns to go inside. Preeta requests Prithvi not to discuss the matter in the mall with Sarla. Prithvi apologizes Preeta, its really important for Sarla to know what happened between him and Karan. He insists that Karan always insults and accuses him, he liked it when Rishab slapped Karan. Such people must be behaved this way. Preeta tells Prithvi he shouldn’t have liked it. She says she never demanded him anything, if he has a little respect about her he won’t bother Sarla about it. Prithvi says he only wanted to tell Sarla so that she controls him.

Prithvi promises Preeta not to tell Sarla on the condition that she would never mistrust him. Inside, Sarla notices that Preeta was tensed but she lies of being tired. Preeta tells Sarla about all the expensive shopping. Sarla brings him a glass of water and tells Preeta that Rakhi came and met Janki. Janki even replied to her questions by nodding and blinking her eyes. She knows who ignited fire in Kumkum Bhagya and is the same person who hit Janki. Sarla and Bee ji were furious over that person. Prithvi drops a glass of water and sweats heavily. Sarla goes to arrange for meal while Preeta and Dadi were going to meet Janki. They offer Prithvi to join but his phone bell rings with Sherlin’s call. He hides Sherlin’s photo at once and goes outside to get the call. He was about to tell her about

Janki when Shrishti comes there. She tells Prithvi that she is suspicious about him, and he better be clear with her. Preeta comes to hear this. Prithvi takes a leave for some urgent work. Preeta angrily scolds Shrishti for misbehaving with Prithvi. Sherlin notices she is angry and inquires the reason. Preeta lies to Shrishti that in the mall Karan had a fight… and he isn’t talking to her anymore. Shrishti tries to know more about it but Preeta doesn’t share with her. Sarla calls Preeta into the kitchen. Shrishti decides to speak to Karan about it. Karan takes Shrishti’s call. She asks how can he be so stone hearted, Preeta is really sad here because he isn’t talking to her. Karan confirms if she is sad because he won’t speak to her, or is missing him. Shrishti calls him home, after all she is his best friend. Karan thinks she is right, he has no reason to be angry at Preeta. Shrishti tells him to come from window not door, else their mother would wonder what he is doing so late. Karan cheers that Preeta is thinking about him. Shrishti was boastful of her genius. Preeta brings food for herself. Shrishti thinks Preeta need to change as Karan is coming to meet her. She spots a chutney bowl and tries to stuff a spoon into Preeta’s mouth deliberately spilling it over Preeta.

Shrishti goes to bring a new dress and tells her to hurry and change.
Preeta comes out of the washroom to see the room decorated with candles and rose petals. She compliments Preeta. Preeta asks what Shrishti needs from her. Soon there was a knock at the window, Shrishti opens it for Karan. Preeta was shocked to see him there. Shrishti leaves Preeta’s hand into Karan’s hand and leaves the room. Preeta tries to withdraw her hand but Karan doesn’t leave it. He asks if she missed him. Preeta drags her hand asking who said this. Karan says Shrishti told him and it wasn’t a lie. He jumps onto Preeta’s bed. She feels disgusted about the idea of sharing bed with him. He qualifies he said this only because there was no other place to sit, how could she think about his ill character. He tries to flirt with Preeta but she was annoyed. She calls herself crazy for being worried when she couldn’t speak to him. She tries to push him away but Karan holds her by waist and asks why was she worried for him? What’s their relation? They share an eye lock. Preeta tries to get back but Karan presents her with a gift box. Preeta asks why for her? He says she deserves it. As she unlocks the door a punching heart pops out saying I love you. Preeta was shocked to see this.

Karan explains to Preeta that he wanted to get her a punch box but didn’t find it today. Preeta asks why he wanted to punch her. Karan insists she is worth it, he had to come for her so late at night. She was being upset for him. Preeta and Karan argue and finally Preeta punches Karan. Shrishti fells off the couch after being punched. Preeta comes to her worried. Shrishti didn’t initially realize it was a dream, then share with Preeta what she had seen. Preeta feels disgusted about it.
Rishab and Karan in the room together. Rishab wonders why Rakhi didn’t return from Sarla’s home. Rakhi comes in. Karan was upset and says he missed her. Rakhi shares with them about Janki’s replies and says they were thinking right. There is someone who wants to hurt them. She is sure whoever it is wants to destroy Sarla’s family as well.

Karan wonders who can it be. Rakhi says the man also attends each of their function as well. She tells her sons to be careful in mehndi tomorrow, they must keep close eye over each guest and Janki must also be there who can give them a clue about him. Rishab assures Rakhi that they will take care of it. Rakhi was worried that it’s a serious matter and must be solved in time. In the room, Shrishti tells Preeta she had decorated the room so romantically in her dream. Dadi comes there asking the reason. Shrishti tells Dadi she dreamed of Karan and Preeta celebrating valentines in the room. Preeta shuts her up and was annoyed at Shrishti. Dadi says Preeta must not pay much heed to whatever Shrishti says. She tells Shrishti about Sameer’s call for her. Preeta now teases Shrishti. Dadi tells Shrishti Sameer complained about false balance of all the money calculations. Shrishti tries to flee from there. Preeta now teases Shrishti and asks why is she fuming over Sameer; if he should have brought flowers instead of pointing mistakes? The girls fight playfully. Shrishti again tries to tell Preeta about the dream while she makes her leave by throwing a cushion over her.

Prithvi hugs Sherlin in the room. He asks why she didn’t tell him her mom was here, he reached the room after much struggle. Sherlin was annoyed that everyone is suspicious of Prithvi now. Prithvi says he feels so stressed. Sherlin was happy that Rishab slapped Karan, but Prithvi couldn’t get over his tension. Prithvi demands Sherlin that he wants his name in her mehndi tomorrow. Sherlin asks if he has gone crazy. Prithvi says he has gone to every limits to fulfil her wishes, its now her turn. Shrishti was in a state of panic while getting all the arrangements of mehndi function. Sameer comes there. Shrishti asks why he called yesterday. He laughs that all girls are bad at calculations; Shrishti was annoyed and tells him to leave. He drags her cheeks and challenges her to hit him now. Shrishti first slaps him but as he continues teasing she punches in his stomach. She was worried as he screams; then teases her further. A rose basket slips from a worker’s hand upstairs and the petals pour over Shrishti and Sameer.

Shrishti enjoys the fall. Kareena watches this and wonders what’s happening in the house. Preeta opens her closet then decides to call Karan, he has been proven wrong from the second time. Karan wonders why she is calling him, she will lecture him now for not being sensible to handle the situation. He cuts the call. Preeta wonders why he cut her call deliberately, then thinks may be he is busy with the practice. She calls Rishab. Rishab cheerfully greets her. Preeta says Prithvi didn’t discuss about anything at home, then asks about Karan. Rishab says Karan is at home today. Preeta says he isn’t attending her calls since yesterday. Rishab says he might not be in a mood to listen any lectures from him. Karan was happy that atleast Preeta cares for him, then thinks all this teasing is acceptable in friendship at least. There, Preeta was also thinking about Karan and says he is really sweet and caring and has innocence of children. Karan thinks Preeta will fill the house she will go to. Preeta says Karan is daring and dashing both. Kareena decides to teach good lesson to Shrishti.
Sameer insists on Shrishti to accept she did the wrong calculation. Shrishti was irritated and tells him to leave. She warns to throw some decoration over him. Kratika comes to save Sameer, then teams with Shrishti and tickles Sameer.

Sameer finally leaves while the girls work with the decoration together. Kareena watches Kratika helping Shrishti and thinks her own daughter has forgotten her status. She must break the friendship between Kratika and Shrishti and even disgrace Shrishti in front of Sameer. Only then Sameer would realize his mistake as well. She goes to ask Sherlin be friends with Kratika. Preeta spots laddu in the kitchen and thinks about Karan. She was upset that Karan wasn’t speaking to her, she thinks Rishab shouldn’t have slapped him. She decides to speak to him on call and dial his number again; it goes un attended once again. Preeta thinks Karan must be really upset, and was curt that Prithvi was happy to see him slapped. She dials the number again. Kratika asks for Sherlin’s consent for some mehndi decoration. Shrishti notices Kareena staring at them, she murmurs to Kratika that Kareena holds fire in her eye while staring at them. Kratika says Shrishti never gave her a chance to like her. Sherlin comes to Kareena then.

Kareena curtly shows her the friendship between Shrishti and Kratika. Sherlin was determined to teach Shrishti a lesson and tells Kareena to go in her room and only wait for a scream. Kratika watches Sherlin walk to a corner and pull a wire. The decoration fell off. Shrishti insults Shrishti for using this third class decoration style. What if it fell over her? Shrishti listens for a while, then moves a stand and the paint bucket spill over Sherlin. Kareena hears the scream and goes out to see the drama. Everyone come out to see Sherlin bathed in paint all over. They try to hide their laughter but can’t resist much. Kareena was annoyed and asks if they don’t care about the bride to be. Shrishti says she completely looks like a ghost, everyone break into laughter. Kareena says it must be a deliberate act by Shrishti. She doesn’t allow Kratika to interfere and dismiss Shrishti from work. Kratika tells everyone that Shrishti didn’t spill the paint deliberately. It only increased mess for Shrishti. Dadi forbids Kareena to disturb Shrishti more, she already suffered great loss of work. Kareena takes Sherlin to freshen up at Rishab’s washroom. At home, Preeta thinks Karan is suspicious over Prithvi only because he cares for her. She doesn’t eat a bite from her food and leaves to meet Karan.Rishab’s secretary gets him information regarding Prithvi. Sherlin hears this from the room. Rishab was angry at his secretary for not being able to find anything against Prithvi. He says its about the life of Preeta, and he wants to break her engagement with Prithvi. He recognize Prithvi very well and sense something is wrong. Sherlin decides to go out of washroom and pose she didn’t hear anything. She records Rishab’s video in her cell phone. Rishab turns around at once and asks what is Sherlin doing here? She hides her cell phone at once and apologizes for using his washroom, her hair got the cake. Rishab says he had seen her in the mirror and wants to talk to her. Sherlin wonders if he would check her cell phone now.
