Thursday December 14th Update On “Lies Of The Heart” Episode 224 - 225

Samrat continues with his attempts to convince Divakar to work for him and in the process goes on to insult his brother. He later meets Diwakar's demands and he states that Diwakar is his new slave. Meanwhile, Urmi sees a chocolate wrapper in Shaurya's bag and wonders how it landed there. She questions Shaurya about it and gets surprised to see Shaurya scared.


Later, Yash puts forward certain demands in the house but only ends up getting a sound dose of scoldings from both Urmi and Sushmaji. Later, on the way for the movie, Shaurya sees his father crying and enquires with him about it, not understanding that his father is only pretending in front of him. Samrat tells shaurya a sob story, and when Shaurya insists he tells him that he misses them very much, and that only due to his mom’s ego and arrogance they have to live separately, and away from each other. Shaurya asks his father if he apologized to his mom. Samrat lies to his son that he apologizes to his mom a thousand times. Samrat eyes Shaurya from the corner of the eye, to find if he’s affected and smiles when he finds Shaurya tensed. Meanwhile Urmi sees Yash talking to somebody and wonders what he is talking about, Yash on the other hand seems to be planning something big along with Sushmaji's real son. Urmi is determined to find out the mystery behind Yash.

At Sushma’s residence, Urmi is hot on Yash's tail and she tries to figure out what his true intentions are. She confronts Yash, asking what he has to do, that she would become his problem. He asks why was she eavesdropping on him, and then asks if she is spying on him. She accepts that she is, and asks why is he here. He maintains his stance of joining a son with his parents and that she should help him. Urmi asks what made him think that she would be a problem. He says that she is doubting him at every step, while glating about their son’s noble intentions behind his parents and helping them out, from their miserable condition. He asks for her support and trust so that everyone can benefit. He moves ahead, sling evilly, that he befooled her, while she stands tensed and confused, shaken from her conviction.


Inside, Yash tries to convince
the couple, of Ravi’s noble intentions to take care of them. They ask him to take this lecture somewhere else, and recount what troubles and torments he put them through. Later, Yash tells Sushmaji and her husband about creating a fixed deposit of fifteen lakhs and asks them to sign on certain papers that he says their son Ravi had sent. Yash adds that he doesn't want it to repeat, and hence wants to just give 15 lakhs in which his friend send for them for 3 years and they can break it whenever they want in between. Urmi reaches there, she stops him, asking what papers he wants them to sign. Yash asks her to stay out of it, as it's between their son and them. She agrees with him, and demands to read the papers once. Yash says that Ravi sent these papers and asks if she is doubting him. Urmi says that it's good to learn before signing, and can see the papers if they don't want to. He taunts her and then gives the papers to her. She checks the papers while he watches her tensedly. Sushma and her husband wait for her reaction. Urmi finds nothing wrong in them, she gives it back to him saying that the papers are completely fine, and they can sign if they want to. Yeah then starts taunting her if she thought that he was engaging them in fraud. Mr Tiwari tells about Urmi’s noble intentions, in which Yash says that he knows and understands. Urmi leaves to go get Shaurya, while Yash stands tensed. But Sushmaji still refuses to sign the papers and asks him to take the papers and leave. Yash asks her to take her time, but he is determined that till they don't sign, he won't go anywhere. He leaves, while they are tensed.

Later, in the night, Urmi gets her mother Saroj’s call, and Shaurya gets tensed. She asks about Urmi’s health and she replied that she is all fine and that she gets tired looking for a job. Saroj asks her to buckle up, and go to the doctor instead. Urmi agrees. Saroj asks about Shaurya, if he is there, and when Urmi asks why is she talking like this. Saroj informs her that she had seen Samrat at a theatre that was running movies for the kids in the morning, where kid pictures are shown. Shaurya pretends to be immersed in the studies, and wards off her doubts. Urmi says that Shaurya would be in school at that time, and asks her not to worry, and that she and her son are both fine. Saroj asks her to take care of her and her son and show herself to the doctor tomorrow. After she disconnects the call, Urmi again looks at Shaurya, and comes to him. He gets tensed. Urmi later asks Shaurya if he had met Samrat. Shaurya remembers their promise and secret with his dad, and lies plainfaced to his mom that he went to school. Urmi happily believes without doubting on her son as Shaurya gets busy, urmi has a dizzy spell.


Outside the movie theatre, as Samrat and Shaurya come out after the movie and just then Shaurya sees his grandma Sarol there walking on the road. Samrat gets tensed and he immediately hides him before Saroj sees Shaurya there, and asks him not to call her, as if she gets to know about him, she would tell his mom Urmi and then his mom will scold him. Saroj sees Samarat and then curtly glancing at him, she sits in the auto and leaves. Samrat again reminds him to keep this completely a secret. Samrat later asks Shaurya to lie to his mother and asks him not to inform her about their meeting and the movie so that they get a convenient escape, and after intial hesitation, Shaurya agrees to his dad’s wishes.

At Samrat’s residence, as Kanchan talks tensedly to someone, Aditi asks what's the matter. Kanchan laments and says that her distant relative’s daughter grew up only with her father and just some time back, the father died too. Shashi is indifferent. Aditi however is appalled as to how she would live alone, poor and young. Kanchan hopes that she could do something. Samrat comes in asking her not to see dreams of getting her here, just because her husband’s salary got doubled. Kanchan asks him to think before he speaks, as she didn't have any intentions of doing that. He says that she was making grounds for it. Shashi asks her to call, surprising Samrat, emotional and pleading for help. Samrat asks her to shut up. Shashi says that she has given much thought, and that she would serve as a good alternative for Jhumki, the servant, who has not come back from the village. Samrat commends her. Kanchan says that she maybe poor but not a servant. Samrat says that only poor people are servants. Shashi asks Kanchan not to think like that as they too do the work, but are not servants. She says that the girl would be safe and sound here. Kanchan starts thinking, while Samrat asks her to take the offer, while he callously mentions that she might just end up in a brothel. Kanchan reprimands him for his dirty thinking. Shashi says that it's the bare truth. Samrat asks Kanchan to think, adding that Mukti should be relieved as Urmi would join in soon as a servant too. Kanchan tells him that he is engulfed by Urmi’s thoughts. Samrat defiantly talks that he does. He leaves, while Shashi is tensed.


The next morning at the clinic, the doctor finishes with Urmi’s checkup and asks her to sit down. The doctor then asks Urmi if her husband didn't come. Urmi asks if it's anything disconcerting. The doctor says that it's a matter of happiness, as a husband should be here by the wife’s side to listen to this. Urmi is baffled. The doctor happily reveal to her and congratulates her that she is pregnant, and Urmi is shell shocked as she finds out that she is pregnant. The doctor asks why is she shocked, as she is two months pregnant. Urmi remembers her night of passion with Samrat. The doctor says that she must have noticed that she missed her monthly cycle. She also says that her recent nauseating spells, dizzyness and fatigue are due to this only while she is shocked with the news.

At Shaurya’s school, Shaurya and his classmates are given a drawing assignment and they get to making paintings. Shaurya has a problem with one crayon, and tries to talk to a girl, when his friend tells that she is alienated as her parents don't stay together. Shaurya is tensed at his own situation. Samrat enters the classroom and disturbs Shaurya in between his class. Shaurya is very happy to see him. He identifies himself as Shaurya’s father, and asks to take him. He then gives a fake excuse that Shaurya’s Granny is sick, and hence he needs to be taken. The teacher tries to tell him that Shaurya has missed many periods. Samrat also misbehaves with the teacher as he arrogantly snubs it off, and asks her to relieve Shaurya. Shaurya is allowed by the teacher. He then leaves with his dad.


Meanwhile on the road and Samrat’s office, Urmi is in tension as she has got the news about her pregnancy, wondering whether she should be happy or sad, as she remembers having a romantic conversation with Samrat and Shaurya about the same. She decides to give this news to Samrat, she reaches Samrat’s office, and is about to tell the good news, but just then she remembers about her past experiences with him where Samrat’s torture, and barbarous insults and stops herself, as she remembers his infidelity and him accusing her of infidelity with Samrat. She wonders what she was about to do, and that she can't forget the reality of Samrat, and that her realtion is over and decides against revealing about the pregnancy to Samrat as he doesn't deserve to be a part of either her happiness or sadness.

Meanwhile, Samrat takes Shaurya to his office and tells him that he can enter the office whenever he wants to. Shaurya then is playing with Samrat is his office, while Samrat continues to instigate him against his mom, and he too starts complaining about her. They start playing games together. Samrat tries to get him to come to his house and later asks Shaurya to stay with him permanently but Shaurya sticks to his decision of staying with his mother and seeing this Samrat gets angry but barely controls his temper.
