It has been confirmed that Chief Kenneth Okonkwo, the commandant of Operation Clean and Healthy Anambra(OCHA BRIGADE), is dead.

According to our correspondent, he was involved in a fatal accident last night with a serious life threatening head injury and later died in the hospital.

The Anambra State House of Assembly confirmed the nomination of Chief Kenneth Okonkwo as the  managing  Director and superintendent of Operation Clean and Healthy  Anambra  (ochabridgede) in February 2017
