BREAKING: Court sacks Nicholas Ukachukwu, cancels APGA's primary election for Anambra South senatorial district

The federal High Court sitting in Abuja, today,  sacked the APGA candidate for Anambra South, Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu and cancelled the just concluded primary election conducted by the party for the senatorial district.

According to the judgement delivered by Justice Ashi of FCT High Court, Apo Abuja, the APGA's primary election was not in accordance with the party's constitution and electoral guideline.

The court also said that delegate list used to elect Ukachukwu was fraudulent.
