Archana and Manav come face to face after a gap of one year. Despite of the manager Jaywants refusal, Archana grants Manav the leave. Archana gets disturbed on knowing that she is going to be Manavs boss.


Archana calls up Satish to ask him why he appointed her as the supervisor when he knew that Manav works as a mechanic there. Satish informs Dharmesh that Manav is Archanas ex-husband. Archana talks to Satish about her distress and tells him that she cannot work as Manavs boss.
Archana tells Manav that she does not wish to work as his boss.

Archana comes to know that the kid with whom she was playing the other day is Shravanis son Sachin. Varsha comes to invite Satishs parents for Vaishalis wedding and Bhavna hesitantly agrees to come. Manav goes Vanditas house and gives her some money for the household expenses. Rasika gets furious on knowing this and tries to hit Vandita but Ajit stops her. In the past one year, Ajit has realized his mistakes and has reformed. Ajit has lost his entire wealth and lives in a slum. Archana tells Sulochana that Manav works as a mechanic in the same company. Archana gets shocked as she comes to know that Manav and Shravani are still not married.


Archana informs Sulochana that Manav and Shravani are still not married. Manav tells Tarun that Archana is his new boss and he wants to quit the job as Archana would feel uncomfortable by the fact that she is his boss. Manjusha comes to Karanjkar house and once again speaks rudely with Archana. Varsha goes to bring Satishs parents for Vaishalis wedding and also tries to convince Bhavna to stay together once again but in vain. Archana is tensed and thinking why did not Manav and Shravani get married. Archana calls up Manav and asks him to meet. Archana tells Manav that she has come to know that he and Shravani are still not married and asks him the reason behind it.
