How popular socialite 'Markson General' died after bike accident on his way to Lagos

"Markson General" was pictured with some members of his family during the JOMAX house warming ceremony in 2017. 

It was a tragic evening on Wednesday when the news filtered in that a man who was involved in a bike accident has died.

According to an eyewitness and a citizen reporter who made the news available to cfrmagazine.com, High Chief Innocent Nduaka popularly known as Markson General was on his way to Lagos in the early hours of Wednesday, January 17th, 2018 when the unfortunate incident occurred.

The deceased reportedly hired a commercial motorcyclist, popularly known as "Okada" to take him to Nnewi from Ukpor where he would board a bus going to Lagos. On getting to Agbuana village, their bike collided with a cow which belonged to a popular butcher.

He reportedly sustained a severe head injury and was taken to a private hospital in the area but the doctor on duty referred him to Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital Nnewi, NAUTH where he later died.

He was a man of all people and was known for his display during cultural activities.
