BREAKING: Nigerian Army Bows To Pressure, Agrees To Withdraw Troops From Abia

The Nigerian army has agreed to withdraw soldiers from Aba and Umuahia in Abia state.

The governor of Abia state, Okezie Ikpeazu, made the announcement of the withdrawal of troops during a press conference today.

There have been violent clashes between members of the Nigerian Army and the Indigenous People's of Biafra (IPOB).


Meanwhile, according to a live video by Somto Okonkwo, the media assistant to Nnamdi Kanu, Nigerian soldiers were seen forcing their way into the residence of the IPOB leader before the video ended abruptly at exactly 5:18 pm today, Thursday, September 14th, 2017.

Nobody knows the situation right now.

  1. All these lives lost because of a man's pride. The desire to prove a point and show that the general is back has jeopardised the lives of many. But know that the blood of all those shed will cry for vengeance. Who knows Boko Haram may even be a repayment for the blood wasted during the Civil war. See how Boko haram has further reduced an already poor region and yet people will not learn.
